| Chuck Coleman Senior Pastor chuck@cccolumbus.org
Pastor Chuck began as interim pastor in June, 1994. In September of 1995, he accepted the permanent role of Senior Pastor. His ministry includes preaching and teaching, oversight of ministries and staff, and ongoing work with the Board of Elders. Pastor Chuck is a graduate of Asbury College, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and completed his doctorate through Northwest Graduate School of Ministry. He and his wife, Emily, have two sons, Adam and Alex. |

| Rodney Lucas
Director of Operations

Rodney began attending CCC in November 1999. In August 2007 he became the Director of Operations; his areas of responsibilities include H.R. function, Finance and the day-to-day administrative function of the church. Rodney was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and just about all sports. He is especially fond of a day on the links. He is a graduate of Thornhill University with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Denise, have one son, Michael. |

| Luke Erb
Director of Adult Ministries

Luke has attended CCC since the spring of 2004 and has been a part of various ministries within the church. As of October 2009, he became the Director of Adult Ministries, responsibilities of which include Adult Education, Inside Outreach, Prayer Team, Men's Ministry, and Small Group collaboration. Luke is from Brazil, Indiana and currently resides in Hope with his wife, Billie, and two children, Lachlan and Cyrus. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Recreation and Park Administration. Luke enjoys reading, playing soccer, and being outdoors. |

| Scott Hundley
Director of Counseling and Community

After working in the Bartholomew County Court System for nearly 20 years, Scott joined the CCC staff in June of 2004 as Director of Counseling and Community. Scott provides counseling for couples, families and individuals and has developed a lay counseling ministry for the church. Scott's additional responsibilities include overseeing the Small Group ministry and the Focus Support groups of CCC. Scott is a graduate of Milligan College and received his Masters Degree at Louisville Bible College and BCCC (Board Certified Christian Counseling) through American Association of Christian Counselors. Scott and his wife, Penny, have three daughters: Paige, Chloe and Grace. |

| Dana Fisher
Counselor

Dana began attending CCC in June 2001. In May 2007, she began working as a counselor focusing on women and teens and facilitating focus support groups for victims of trauma. Her previous work experience includes working with children and teens in the justice system, individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, and victims/survivors of domestic violence and trauma. Dana received her Master’s Degree in counseling at Ball State University and her BCCC (Board Certified Christian Counseling) through American Association of Christian Counselors. |

| Jill Friedersdorf
Director of Worship Ministries

Jill and her family began attending CCC in 1994 and serving with the Worship Ministry at that time. She played piano and keyboard, directed the choir, assisted in the development of children's and youth musicals, and various special music ministries. In June of 2001, Jill became the Director of Worship Ministries. She oversees the music, drama, and multi-media presentations. Jill attended Purdue University. She and her husband, David, have four daughters: Karah, Kelley, who is married to Jeremy Wright, Kim, who is married to Brian Shewmaker, and Kristi, who is married to Mike Conrad, and six grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Jacob, Joshua and Kenna Conrad, Kole Shewmaker, and Jace Wright. |

Emily Gloeckner
Director of Early Childhood Ministry

Emily and her family began attending CCC in February of 2000. She came on board the Early Childhood Ministry in the fall of 2008 as the Coordinator, and began the role of Diresctor in January of this year. Her resposibilities include the infant through preschool Sunday morning classes, the Girls' Purity event, and VBS. Emily graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Interior Design. Emily and her husband, Paul, have two children, Sarah and Rachel.

Dorelle Hogan
Director of Children's Ministry

Dorelle and her family began worshipping at CCC in 2005 and soon began serving in the Children's Ministry. Dorelle joined the CCC staff in 2009, and now serves as the Director of Children's Ministry for students in K through 6th grades. Dorelle is a graduate of Harding University with a degree in Business Administration and received her MBA from Miami University. Dorelle and her husband John have three sons: Nick, Adam and Josh. |

| Chris Williams
Director of Middle School Youth and College Ministries

Chris' involvement in CCC began in May 2008, when he served as a youth ministry intern following his graduation from Taylor University, where he majored in Christian Educational Ministries and Spanish. Chris was hired on part-time at the end of his internship and remained on staff until April 2009, when he traveled to Montana to work as a counselor to troubled teens at a Christian residential treatment program. He returned to the CCC staff full time in September 2009, and in October 2010 was named Director of Middle School and College Ministries. He is also pursuing an M.A. in Ministry Leadership at George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Chris enjoys reading, writing, blogging, fishing, and being a coffee snob. |

| Adam Coleman
Director of High School Youth Ministry

Adam is a graduate of Asbury College with a BA in International Business and Economics, and is planning to begin the pursuit of a Master of Divinity in the near future. After graduating from Asbury in 2009, Adam spent a year on the mission field serving in a variety of capacities. He stepped into the role of interim Youth Director in August 2010, and in October was named Director of High School Ministry. Adam enjoys playing soccer, biking, playing guitar, organizing things and reading. |
