Personal Counseling
Many individuals struggle in relationships, anxiety, depression or shame and guilt. Even good families can fail to teach the skills necessary for coping with some of life's hard issues. Individual counsel from a Biblical/Christian perspective provides the needed tools and guidance needed for life change.
Marriage Counseling
Whether it is working through a separation, or simply the need for improving communication skills, marital counseling strengthens the family commitment. Reconciliation of past hurts and rebuilding trust may need a third party to counsel a couple so that they can work effectively through the tough issues. Marriage Enrichment Series
Pre-marital Counseling
Preparing for a wedding can be exciting, but preparation for a marriage is much more important. Studies show that couples that engage in healthy, biblical pre-marital counseling are more likely prepared for this important life-long commitment. Couples are generally asked to participate in six weeks of pre-marital counseling. Pre-engagement counseling is also considered to be a wise process for a couple to choose as well.
Family Care
All families struggle at times. Parent/Teen conflict can be draining on families and Christian counsel can be a source to gently challenge roles and behavior.
Budget Coaching
Coaching a family through re-thinking their finances in light of biblical standards is available through our Good Manager Budget Coaching program. For further information contact Scott Hundley, 348-6257.
Focus Groups
Many times, a support group may be recommended instead of counseling or maybe in conjunction with counseling. CCC offers many Focus groups that meet a variety of needs. Please see the Focus Groups Ministry for further information.
