Packing Party for Grades 2-6

Kids and parents come join us in packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. We will have refreshments, crafts, and games for the kids to participate in before and after packing the boxes.

This event is for kids in second through sixth grades. Please see separate event details for younger grades.

Operation Christmas Child uses gift-filled shoeboxes to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Individuals, families, churches and groups fill empty shoeboxes with a “wow” item—like a doll or soccer ball—and other fun toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and notes of encouragement. Samaritan’s Purse and its partners will deliver the gifts to children in more than 100 countries.

Community Kids will be collecting items and donations for our Packing Party until the first week of November.
