Surviving The Holidays: DivorceCare is a one night event to support and encourage adults that are separated or divorced. Safe and secure childcare is also available for children 6th grade and younger.

Dinner is also available at 5:30 for those who wish to come early

What is a "Care Community"? 

A Care Community is a team of individuals that surround, encourage, and support foster, adoptive and relative care parents (i.e. grandparents raising grandchildren). Each family has a team of 6-8 people that can take on several roles including family helper, child mentor, team leader, or interim caregiver. With the support of a care community, families can focus on the needs of their children. 

How do I learn more? 

Attend our 1 hour informational meeting with our Care Communities Coordinator, Dana Bowling. No RSVP needed, but is appreciated.

Kids in preschool through 1st grade  get to attend a Christmas party tailored just for them.  It’s an evening of fun Christmas activities, silly games and ends with a sweet nativity scene performed by the kids.  Parents are welcomed to attend with their child.  Time is from 6:00-7:30 on Friday December 4th.   No registration is necessary.

Spots are limited.  Registration for 5th & 6th graders only through Jan. 1st, 2020.  If there are spots available after 1-1-20, registration will open up to 4th graders.  Registration deadline is Friday, February 2nd.  Spots will be filled in the order that registrations are received.  A $25 deposit must accompany your application.  Applications can be found at CCC.
